ST. Patricks day Jelly with Jocoque
Ingredients
1 cup Los Altos Jocoque
1½ packages of lime gelatin
1 stick of butter, melted
Water, to boil
Plain vanilla cookies, crushed
Marshmallows (optional)
Whipped Cream (optional)
1) Crush the cookies and mix them with melted butter.
2) Add the mixture pressing it to the bottom of the glasses and refrigerate.
3) Prepare the 1 ½ packages of lime gelatin according to its instructions. Let it cool down.
4) Mix 1 cup of jocoque to the gelatin, pour it into the glasses and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
5) If desired, decorate with whipped cream and marshmallows.
