Chocolate cake with Ganache
Ingredients
Cake:
1½ cups of flour
¼ cup of cocoa powder
1t baking soda
¼t of salt
1 cup of sugar
⅓ cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of water
1t vanilla extract
1 Tbsp white vinegar
Chocolate Ganche:
1 cup of Los Altos Crema Mexicana Natural
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate
Cake:
1) In a large bowl sift and combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking soda.
2) Mix the water, oil, white vinegar, and vanilla extract into the bowl with dry ingredients.
3) Pour cake batter into baking pan with wax paper and bake for 30 min. at 350 °F.
Ganache:
1) Heat the cream over medium heat without boiling.
2) In a bowl add the chocolate and pour in the hot cream, rest for 3 minutes.
3) Mix until chocolate is completely incorporated.
4) Once ganache cooled down, pour over the cake and top with desired toppings.
