8 oz Los Altos Queso Fresco 
¼ cup Los Altos Crema Mexicana Natural
1 French Tart Pie Crust (follow recipe below or store bought)
1 Green bell pepper, julienned with pith removed
1 Red bell pepper, julienned with pith removed
1 cup Mushrooms
1 Shallot, small diced ½ inch
5 Garlic cloves, minced
1 T Thyme, minced
2 T Olive oil
2 T Butter
1 T Marjoram
¼ cup heavy cream
1 Large egg
2 Egg yolks

French Tart Dough Recipe
3 oz Unsalted butter

5 oz All purpose flour
1 T Canola oil
3 T Water
1 T Sugar
pinch Salt
