Requesón and Corn Taquitos

Ingredients
12 oz Requesón Los Altos
1 cup Crema Mexicana con Sal Los Altos
1 lb cooked white corn kernels
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 dozen 6-inch corn tortillas
Oil for pan-frying
Salt
1) Sauté the onion in the melted butter, add the corn kernels and Requesón Los Altos. Season with salt, cook for two minutes and reserve.
2) Fill each warm tortilla with some of the Requesón mix, roll the tortilla to form the taquito and hold with a toothpick. Repeat with all the tortillas.
3) Fry the taquitos in hot oil until golden. Drain on paper towels and serve with Crema Mexicana con Sal Los Altos.
