Pastel Azteca
Ingredients
Los Altos Oaxaca and Manchego Cheese, grated
Los Altos Crema Mexicana Natural
2 chicken breasts
2 poblano peppers, sliced
1 can of cooked yellow corn
10 corn tortillas
8.5 fl.oz. green salsa
Avocado oil
Salt
1)Boil the chicken breasts in a pot with water and salt for 25 minutes. Shred them, add a little salt and reserve.
2)Fry each tortilla in a pan with oil and reserve.
3)In a baking dish with little oil, place a first level of tortillas, pour a part of chicken, rajas, corn, a little green sauce, crema mexicana natural, oaxaca and manchego cheese.
4)Add another layer of tortillas and repeat the process until all the ingredients are used, finish the last layer with cheese. Bake at 350ºF, for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
