Fish Tacos with Rajas and Cream
Ingredients

Los Altos Queso Fresco
5 Tilapia
2 poblano peppers, peeled and sliced
½ cup yellow corn kernels
½ onion, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil
1) In a pan, cook the fish completely with a little oil, salt and pepper. Crumble it and reserve.
2) In another pan, cook the onion over medium heat with a little oil. When it is translucent add the poblano peppers and cook until softened. Then add cream, corn, fish, salt, and pepper.
3) Mix all the ingredients well and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
4) Heat the tortillas and serve. Enjoy it while it’s still hot.
