Banana Gelatin with Jocoque
Ingredients
2 cups Los Altos Jocoque
2 bananas
¼ cup sugar
1/8 cup unflavored gelatin
½ cup of water to hydrate the gelatin
1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
1. Hydrate the unflavored gelatin in water and let it rest.
2. Blend the banana, jocoque, vanilla extract, and sugar.
3. Melt the previously hydrated gelatin in a microwave for 20 seconds and add to the blender and mix for 5 more seconds.
4. Pour the mixture into a gelatin mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Unmold and Enjoy.
