Watermelon Popsicles with Jocoque
Serves: 4
Ingredients
½ cup Los Altos Jocoque
1 ½ cup watermelon
½ cup kiwi
1 Tbsp bee honey
Chocolate chips, to taste
1) Blend the watermelon and fill the popsicle mold half way. Add chocolate chips to taste and freeze for 3 hours.
2) Mix the Jocoque with the honey and add to 1/3 of the mold containing the watermelon, freeze for 2 more hours.
3) Blend the kiwi and fill molds to the top, freeze for 2 more hours.
4) Unmold and enjoy.
