Panela cheese torta
Serves: 4
Ingredients
4 bolillos or baguete
1 package of Los Altos Panela Cheese
1 cup refried beans
2 small romaine lettuce
½ cup of jalapeños in vinegar
1 avocado sliced
1 tomato sliced
1. Cut the panela cheese into thick slices and brown on both sides on a lightly greased griddle, season with salt and pepper.
2. Cut the bolillos in half, and brown in the griddle, add the beans on the base, put a few lettuce leaves, tomatoes, some panela slices, slices of avocado, finish with the jalapeño.
