Thanksgiving Leftover Quesadilla
Ingredients
Los Altos Queso Oaxaca
Los Altos Queso Manchego, grated
Leftover turkey, shredded
Dried cranberries
Basil
1) Melt the manchego cheese and oaxaca cheese in a very hot nonstick griddle until it forms a crust.
2) Add the chopped basil and flip the “tortilla”.
3)Add turkey and cranberries and close the quesadilla, wait for one side to brown and then flip to brown the other side. Serve hot and enjoy.
