Rosé Popsicles with Jocoque
Serves: 4
Ingredients
1 cup Los Altos Jocoque Cream
1 cup small diced strawberries (ripe)
2 oz Rose Water
¼ cup chopped pecans
6 Tbsp bee honey
1) In a large bowl, with a spatula, mix the Jocoque, diced strawberries, bee honey, rose water, and pecans.
2) Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and add the popsicle sticks.
3) Freeze for about 3 to 4 hours or until firm.
