Quesadillas
Serves: 4 to 6
Ingredients
2 cups shredded Los Altos Queso Quesadilla or Queso Oaxaca Deshebrado
1 cup Los Altos Crema Mexicana Con Sal
1 cup Guacamole or Salsa
12 ea Corn Tortillas
Small handful of epazote sprigs (optional)
1) In a large skillet on medium heat, place the tortillas and spread a spoonful of Los Altos Queso Quesadilla or Queso Oaxaca Deshebrado and a small sprig of epazote (optional) in a half circle, leaving a ½-in (1 cm) margin around the edge.
2) Fold the tortilla in half, heat for 2 at a 3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned
3) Repeat for rest of tortilas or can be done in batches of 2 or 3 quesadillas depending on size of skillet
4) Serve with guacamole or salsa and garnish with Los Altos Crema Mexicana Con Sal.
