Peanut Butter & Chocolate Bars
Ingredients
1 15oz. jar of Los Altos Jocoque
1 jar of peanut butter
2 cups of semi bitter chocolate
Grain sea salt
1. Mix the Jocoque with the peanut butter.
2. Pour the mixture into a glass pan lined with wax paper to prevent sticking. Refrigerate it for a bit.
3. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and pour it over the mixture in the refractory. Add a little crushed salt on top and freeze for 2 hours or until completely hardened.
4. Cut into pieces of the size of your preference and enjoy them cold.
