Gelatin with Jocoque for 4th of July
Ingredients
1 cup if Los Altos Jocoque
Strawberry flavored Gelatin
Blueberry flavored Gelatin
½ oz. unflavored gelatin
½ cup of water
1 cup strawberries, diced
1 cup blueberries
Bee honey, to taste
Whip cream (optional)
1) Hydrate the unflavored gelatin in water and set aside.
2) Prepare the flavored Jello in different pots with their respective instructions mentioned in the box. Let cool down.
3) Pour the flavored gelatin to ⅓ of the cups, add diced strawberries and blueberries, refrigerate for 2 hours.
4) Melt the previously hydrated gelatin in the microwave for 15 seconds.
5) Blend the Jocoque, the melted gelatin,the water, and a bit of honey.
6) Pour the blended mixture in the cups containing the flavored gelatin and refrigerate for 2 more hours.
7) If desired, top gelatin with whipped cream, more fruit and enjoy.
