Fish and Rice Pineapple Bowl
Ingredients
1 cup Los Altos Crema Mexicana Natural
Pineapple, split in half
1 cup pineapple, diced
1 ½ cup White fish
1 cup precooked rice
½ cup sliced almonds
½ cup dried cranberries
1)Cut the pineapple in half and carefully scoop out the center and cut into cubes.
2)Season and cook the fish. Let it cool down.
3)In a large bowl mix the fish, pineapple, rice, almonds, cranberries, and mexican cream.
4)Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
5)Fill the pineapples with the mixture and enjoy.
