Baked Pasta
Serves: 6 to 8
Ingredients
10 oz Los Altos Queso Menonita, shredded
10 oz Los Altos Queso Oaxaca Deshebrado
1 cup Los Altos Crema Mexican Con Sal
1 lb Macaroni
1 lb Ham, large dice
1 Onion
3 T Olive oil
2 Tomatoes
2 Garlic clove
Salt to taste
1) Boil the macaroni in water with the tomatoes, onion, garlic and salt.
2) When pasta has cooked al dente, remove, drain and wash with cold water.
3) Reserve the cooked pasta and puree the tomatoes, onion and garlic.
4) Then using a large sauté pan, add olive oil and sauté the puree over low heat until fragrant.
5) Add the Los Altos Crema Mexicana Con Sal, boiled macaroni and diced ham and thoroughly cover mixture with sauce.
6) Pour macaroni mixture into a 13x9x2 baking dish and cover with shredded Los Altos Queso Menonita and Queso Oaxaca Deshebrado.
7) Bake at 350⁰F until the cheese has melted; serve immediately.
