Sopecitos with Queso Fresco Los Altos, Chorizo and Avocado

Ingredients
5 oz. Queso Los Altos, crumbled
4 oz. chorizo, diced
20 small sopes
2 tablespoons of oil
2 avocados
1 tablespoon of chopped onion
2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Salt
1) Brush the sopes with oil and place them in a 400°F oven until golden. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
2) Cook chorizo in a pan until golden. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels.
3) Mash the avocado and mix with the onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt.
4) Spread the avocado in the sopes, top with chorizo and La Cubeta cheese.
