1 cup Los Altos Crema Mexicana Con Sal
½ cup Los Altos Queso Del Rancho, crumbled
1 Large chile poblano, fire roasted, deveined and peeled

2 T Butter

1 T All purpose flour
¼ cup Milk
Salt and pepper to taste
