Ingredients

Taquitos' Components

½ cup Los Altos Crema Mexicana Con Sal
1 lb Los Altos Queso Panela, cut into sticks
2 dozen 6 inch corn tortillas
Oil Enough to deep fry, about 1 to 2 quarts

Sweet Potato Puree (see recipe below)

 

Sweet Potato Puree
2 lbs Medium sized sweet potatoes, washed, peeled & quartered
2 cups Heavy cream
2 cups Whole milk
4 Cloves of garlic
2 Sprigs of thyme
1 Bay leaf
4 T Butter, large dice
Salt to taste
