12 oz Requesón Los Altos
1 cup Crema Mexicana con Sal Los Altos
1 lb cooked white corn kernels
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 dozen 6-inch corn tortillas
Oil for pan-frying
Salt
